~ Adjust One Day

Reincarnation of work and rest, I stayed up late again, almost every time I stayed up for one day and one night before going to bed early to break back. Originally I was going to write today, but from about 7:30 in the evening until now, sitting in front of the computer, I only typed a few hundred words, my brain is really dead, and I can’t write. This kind of good and bad work and rest has been cycled for several years.
