Year-end double addition rule

Every year from December 29th to January 7th, one monthly ticket is worth two, so make a rule for adding changes and ask for monthly ticket support.

Step-by-step changes are adopted, and one chapter will be added for every three people promoted; after more than 30 people, one chapter will be added for every two people promoted; after more than 20 people, one chapter will be added for every one promoted; after more than 10 people , for each promotion, two more chapters will be added.
